NEUSoft™ Thermoplastic Polyurethanes
Ultra-Soft for Comfort
The NEUSoft™ series boasts translucent, ultra-soft polyether or polyester-based TPU blends that have good elasticity, abrasion, and tear resistance. Flexible and easily colorable, these NEUSoft TPUs are excellent for applications like catheter tubing, catheter tips, and overmolding to various substrates.
Manufactured in North America and Asia, the standard grades in this series have good melt strength for processability, and barrier properties against moisture and oxygen. In addition, our formulation experts can work with your design team to tailor a product to meet your design specifications and performance needs.
For time-sensitive development projects, NEUSoft Express formulations offer 14 standard colors in the U.S. with a planned 14-day lead time. These materials are available in neat or 20% barium sulfate-filled formulations.
